The Best CBD Infused Avocado Toast Recipe

Have you ever tried adding CBD oil to your meals? Consider starting your day with a healthy and hearty avocado toast infused with CBD oil! This is a delicious and nutritious meal to get your day started and it is really easy to make.

Best of all, this recipe can be adjusted to meet any of your dietary preferences. For example, you can easily substitute avocado for a jelly spread or even peanut butter. You can also substitute the eggs for Just Egg – a plant-based substitute.

For your CBD oil, we recommend using one of Anfison’s CBD oil tinctures, which come in six different flavors with varying strengths! This recipe is meant for a single serving, so you may want to add additional oil for increased potency.

Remember, CBD oil is fat soluble. This means that it is better absorbed when paired with foods that contain fats. Healthy fats are best, so you might consider olive oil, sesame oil, or even avocado oil as potential carriers! Additionally, try adding CBD oil to your food near the end of the cooking process. That way you can avoid burning off the oil and potentially decreasing its potency.

CBD infused Avocado Toast (one serving)

  • 1 slice of bread of your choice. We recommend sourdough and flaxseed but you can use any bread you prefer!
    ½ avocado (you can use the other half later in the day, or make some tasty guacamole for a midday snack at work)
  • 1 large egg (or two if you want)
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut butter
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced (but if mincing in the morning is not your thing and you do not have any pre packaged minced garlic, powder garlic would work well too)
  • One or more servings of Anfison’s CBD oil tincture
  • Some fresh or dry rosemary
  • Half a lemon


  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic for about a minute and 30 seconds, or until the garlic starts to smell nutty.
  3. Add the herbs and lemon to the butter and stir it.
  4. Once this is off the fire, place it in a container and let it cool.
  5. Add CBD oil, mix well and put it to rest.
  6. Toast your slice of bread until its golden and firm, or until it’s toasted to your preference
  7. Cut avocado and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh with a spoon and put it in a bowl. Smash it up until it’s as smooth as you want it.
  8. Add salt to taste
  9. Add a pinch of cumin
  10. Squeeze some of the lemon so that it does not turn black and place in the fridge
  11. Melt two tablespoons of coconut butter in a skillet. You can just reuse the one you melted your garlic sauce in as it would add to the flavor of your eggs.
  12. Fry the egg(s) to your desire – over medium is less messy, if that is a concern in case you’re dressed for work
  13. Sprinkle some salt and a pink of paprika
  14. Once the eggs are done, take your avocado and spread it over your toast.
  15. Sprinkle some CBD-garlic butter over it and over the egg(s) and enjoy!

This recipe pairs well with a nice cup of coffee or even with some orange juice! If coffee isn’t your thing, but you still need a small kick to get your day started, consider a cup of milk tea with CBD oil! We recommend masala chai or a version of British milk tea, or Thai tea, but really any tea will do!

Milk Tea with CBD


  • 2 black tea bag
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • ½ cup of milk of your choice (i.e. whole/almond/coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • One or more servings of Anfison’s CBD oil tincture


  1. Boil water.
  2. Place tea bags in your mug and pour the cup of boiling water into the cup. Follow the recommended steeping time for the tea bags. Make sure to not over steep.
  3. In a separate container, combine the coconut oil with 3-5 drops of the CBD tincture.
  4. Once the steeping time is up, remove the tea bags.
  5. Pour the cold milk into your tea and stir.
  6. Lastly, add the coconut oil-CBD mix
